New major release is on the way

We already switched to the new release at Yandex, but some external plugins: BlazeMeter Sense (ex Loadosophia), Graphite and Online plugin -- are not yet ready to use with new Tank.

I will merge the new tank to master, the old one's code is available here: https://github.com/yandex/yandex-tank/releases/tag/v1.7.32 and .deb packages will not be updated until we publish new plugins versions.
