Doesn't convert "Extensions" to "default-extensions"

I tried converting package language-c that I had cloned to work with stack using hpack-convert after "stack init". It almost got things right, except for not including the required extensions from the cabal file to appear in package.yaml.

Simply converting "Extensions" to "default-extensions" seems to be what is needed.
