0.9.9-rc2的bug

这个bug，就是无法做增量索引，在sfc0.0.3_alpha版本中也是存在
的。不知你们是怎么解决
的？或者有什么新的版本？

你好。这个Issue我还没具体看，但是看贴子最后sphinx作者给了
一个SVN的snapshot，看样子作者已经解决了此问题。sfc
的下一个版本应该也会随之修复。
