This error is related to the Position Tween feature

To reproduce this error follow these steps:

Create a Position Tween
Move any node of the path
Save the changes of the Tween
Pick another tools (i.e "Object Selection")
Edit the Tween one again.You will notice that the nodes of the path are disoriented respect to the path
