How to actually stop ezstream? #36

Hi,
when I hit CTRL+C in command line ezstream exits but the stream is still connected on Icecast2 server and the next time I run ezstream it says password isn't correct, so I have to kick the source from Icecast and then ezstream is able to connect again.

Also, is there a way to send output into background?

This looks like a duplicate of https://gitlab.xiph.org/xiph/ezstream/-/issues/2269 -- I can reproduce it only when using HTTPS, but the cause is not clear, yet. Please share more information, if you have any, especially about your configuration. Are you using HTTP or HTTPS, for example?

Yes, I'm using HTTPS, streaming OGG Vorbis from mp3 files.
