Static library compilation #3

Hello,

I would to know how do you compile the static libraries (freetype, fontconfig, expat, libz) and finally podofo?

I find https://github.com/cdave1/freetype2-ios, but for the others, I was not able to build it with Xcode to target an iOS version.
