Expected behavior

When a falling block encounters a cable, it should either be destroyed, like when it falls on top of a non-solid block, or it should rest on top of the cable, like a solid block. It should not replace the cable entirely.

Observed/Actual behavior

When a falling block falls on top of a cable, it replaces the cable, deleting it.
It is also impossible to place blocks that can fall on top of cables, as they don't actually see the cable as a block, unlike other non-solid blocks.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place down a cable and place a block that can fall (sand, gravel, concrete powder, etc.) on top of it, or make any block fall on top of it.
  2. See how the cable is replaced by the falling block, being deleted in the process.
