Describe your feature request.

I have a protection plugin where I want to block players to fly. However, Nova API does not have any functions to block the usage of Jet Packs.

It would be awesome if Nova ProtectionIntegration#canUseItem would be triggered when players use Nova Items, so they could be blocked or allowed.
