Rails Public Folder Updates

This repo contains the following for your public folder which includes finishing touches and error pages.

Error Pages
- 403
- 404
- 500
- 422
Branded Favicons (png, ico, svg)
Broswerconfig.xml - For setting which icon and backgrounds are configured for certain devices.
site.webmanifest - For certain android devices when saving the web app to the home screen.
Features simplistic error pages branded using inline css.

Usage

Copy all the files into your /public files and over-ride all the existing files currently in the /public folder.
