Description

When accessing Console after root organization deletion and Recreation, the console displays the following error "i s an invalid tenant domain. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Delete the root organization (e.g., test1.com).
2. Create the root organization again with the same domain.
3. Attempt to access the console.
