"Generate Keys" button of other key managers gets disabled when keys are provided for a third party key manager

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start API Manager server and IS Server
  2. Log-in to API Manager Admin portal and add two third party key managers (Eg:- WSO2 IS)
  3. Log-in to IS management console (/carbon) and create a service provider.
  4. Log-in to API Manager devportal and create an application
  5. Navigate to the key generation page and select one of the third party key managers
  6. Click "PROVIDE EXISTING OAUTH KEYS", provide the consumer key and secret of the service provider created in the IS management console and click "PROVIDE" button.
  7. Navigate to Resident Key Manager tab and the other key manager tab. You will notice the "GENERATE KEYS" button is disabled in both of the Key Managers.

Followed the steps mention in the description in the 4.4.0 pack, and the issue is still exists there.
