Deploy the website to developer.wp-rocket.me

Context
Following #4, we should have a repository that is production-ready. Even if the theme and data are not yet accurate, we can already work on deploying a website, and maybe put it behind basic auth?

Expected behavior

• We must have automated deployment to a live environment when merging to the main/trunk branch.
• The deployed website must be accessible on developer.wp-rocket.me
• The deployed website must be the WordPress website from the repository, with wp-rocket documentation available.

Acceptance Criteria

• Change something in the theme.
• Merge to trunk
• Go to developer.wp-rocket.me and check that the new theme modification is applied.
• Browse a documentation page to make sure wp rocket documentation is there.
