기능 요구 사항

부하 테스트 시 로그인을 하면 깃허브 혹은 구글 토큰을 발급하는 경우 외부 라이브러리에 대한 접근을 피하기 위한 모킹이 필요하다.
로그인을 위해 깃허브로 보내던 url (https://www.github.com/github/token) 대신 놀토용 허브(www.noltohub.kro.kr)를 만들어 토큰을 발급해준다.
