Dynamically update the License agreement content.

Is it possible to update content from License agreement.
example: copyright year or date.
Explanation:
If MSI created in 2019, but user installing the software in 2021.
License agreement should show copyright year 2021.

Please let me know is it possible ? If yes then how.

You could probably do it with a custom action. It'll take a bit of code to do so.
