it looks like your CI may have run away with itself, and there's currently a release occuring every day regardless of whether the code has changed or not (for reference, at time of writing the last commit was 14 days ago).
This has lead to over a thousand spurious version releases (1319 releases vs 69 commits right now), which makes it significantly more difficult than necessary to know if dependent projects actually need to update this dependency

for clarity on why I don't think this is a duplicate of #13 - a significant difference between the current commons-validator-js releases & aws-sdk-java is that AWS only actually releases when there are changes made (granted it's hard to see, but every release of aws-sdk-java does have meaningful code changes and releases aren't actually made every day, just most weekdays)
