New Wiremod entity that allows NPCs to target a Wiremod contraption. This would be really useful for things like AI made in Wiremod as they could use a target finder to find these "target entities", meaning you could pit two Wiremod AIs against each other much more easily, or have NPCs try to kill that contraption.
