Extended Holo Whitelist

There are a lot of props that should be considered to be included as default holo models, such as the Garry's Mod plastic props. This suggestion asks for extending either the original whitelist, or creating a second (possibly globally exposed) whitelist with these props.

I can't list all of the models to be considered, but generally I think props such as models/hunter/blocks/*.mdl, models/hunter/plates/*.mdl, and so on deserve inclusion.
