Decrypting messages vs the orange bar at the top

Not a huge deal, but after a recent update, it seems the Wire desktop client shows the "decrypting messages" splash screen instead of displaying an orange bar across the top if the client needs to "catch up" on several days or weeks of messages.

I preferred the old behavior - watching the messages and reactions roll in, as I could see message dates and be more patient as I wait for the client to catch up. The opaque splash screen isn't nearly as fun. Just my $.02
