webpack5 support would be awesome. Storybook supports it. It would be beneficial for performance and new features. E.g. conditional chaining operator which is required by alpinejs v3.

Hi, sorry for the late feedback. We tested webpack 5 but it is very hard to have webpack 4 and webpack 5 support. I think I will upgrade it to webpack5 with storybook 7.

Alpinejs 3 is working with webpack 4.

Any update on this / plans with this now SB7 is out?
