biasT on new RPI installation

hi @wiedehopf , tnx for your work i really appreciate it. tar1090 helped me a lot to get an broken dump1090 ->FA24/adsb-x working again :-)

i do a new installation of ads-b infrastructure on an RPI4 with existing rtl-sdr V3. the rpi has latest raspiOS working.
with the old rpi3, i had a small script, that turned on the biasT within the rtl-sdr. but unfortunatly, i had to turn it on manually.

so question is: how can i implement a biasT solution automatically, when the system starts up, bcs when i forget this thing, there are only acft within 5 kms receivable. if you only could give me an advice of the order of code installation, this would help a lot.
