Support URL shortner

Came across this self hosted script that can handle short URLs. With lots of folks using RF and re-directing to their pages, it will be cool if an URL shortener was part of RF.

Furthermore... spent the last 8 hours down a rabbit hole trying to get Micro QR codes to work. Apparently they are a new thing but big Apple and Goolge don't yet support them in their camera aps. Already reached out to Google for feedback.

If this was supported and using Micro QR codes, they are 16x16 and can easily be displayed on a P10 (or course anything else too with higher res).
