Thank you for developing the outstanding method. I'm trying to plot the sparse mixture model clustering result with the output of our own data. If I want to reproduce a figure like Fig1d in your paper, could I ask where the dimensional reduction data is in the outputs? Thanks so much!

It is not in the output and this is widely requested. I need to reproduce someone's results who is having a problem with this so when I do that I can make a script for generating this. I can do that this week and get back to you.

Tossing a comment here as I'm interested as well. I tried to make something along those lines happen based on the vartrix ref/alt today, to little success.
