In 103, a professor had a problem where switching the sources only switched the Extron source, not the projector. However, I've seen this happen in other rooms when you switch between all the sources too quickly, and the projector doesn't switch between the video sources and computer sources. Pressing the source again usually causes the projector to switch. However, this shouldn't be necessary.

This issue is a result of how PJLink handles commands. Occasionally the projector will be set into an "ERR3" state that prevents it from accepting any command. This state is displayed as a warming state. Currently there is no way to work around this with the daemon. New rooms are all connected by HDMI which works around this issue.
