According to @MalloryJfeldman (and Karen Quigley's work), MindWare automatically implements an optional MAD/MED check [@MalloryJfeldman can you add a link to info here?].

Does BIOPAC provide the same service, or would it be useful to incorporate a check based on IBI series and cross-referencing across multiple data streams to identify possible missing or ectopic beats?
