in the run.sh script there appears to be a syntax error at:

if s == 1; then
    echo '

the variable name is an upper-case 'S'

Thanks, @davidholiday. I have updated run.sh. The functionality of installing hadoop/ spark in secure mode is still IN PROGRESS, will implement it soon.
