Hello Will, I have a project to work on some git repo analysis for a bunch of our software projects. I think that git-pandas does a lot of what I need, but it hasn't had a commit on gh since 2019 other than the one you merged from me, and a release on PyPI since 2016. I was wondering if my contributions will be released. If not, I can either fork it to my own version to release to release to PyPI, or maybe think about taking it over and maintaining it.

Hey @madeline-scyphers , yeah I'm not actively maintaining this, happy to add you as a repo maintainer if you'd like to work on it. I can help set up some GH actions to get the deploys back running as well so that you can cut releases as needed.
@wdm0006 I can add some GitHub actions to release on tags, which is how I have my other projects I work on do it. But we would need to touch base on that since that would require access to to the PyPI, as well as the settings section to add the API tokens as secrets, which I can't do as a maintainer.
@madeline-scyphers sorry lost track of this, but let me know if you're still interested, and your PyPI username if so, I can add you as a maintainer on PyPI.
