The configuration variable "WelcomeDelay' is not implemented for wav audio files. See src/conference.c and linkbox/voip.cpp where WelcomeFile is played. WelcomeDelay is only implemented in src/conference.c for non wav audio files.

Also, the DisableWelcome setting in voip.conf files will only work with .wav files in the WelcomeFile setting. DisableWelcome is ignored if tbdcnv audio files are used for the WelcomeFile.
