The guidelines v5.4 have been finalised and actively applied after Nov 21st 2023.

Major Changes

• Move AA API from QoL API into a separate tech-ops row
• Proposed IBC to QoL APIs
• max point threshold for new product submissions without discovery call decreased ⇒ max. 1 point
• Delphi Oracle bonus point requirement increased from 3 to 5 pairs. (adding USDTUSD & USDCUSD)

Minor Changes

• Clarified Backups of Hyperion need to be full, not points for partial
• Adjusted State History Snapshot requirements
• Explanation for Round Availability ⇒ x missed ROUNDS
