OIG Roundtable attendance

Next to determining the agenda of the OIG Roundtable we are looking for the best day of the week to host a roundtable.

We want to make sure that the roundtable can be attended by a global audience, so we might adjust the event time a few times, if we lack attendance. Ultimately we want to settle for a regular and recurring event at a fixed schedule.

Usually somewhere between 2pm - 6pm (UTC) is a good timeframe to comfort a global attendance.
