It's impossible to create a backup for the database only.
Namely, when it's determined to skip ALL on the disk, it doesn't matter and the plugin still creates a backup of everything. I even suspect that it creates a backup of the folder where the backups are stored.
Regardless, it's impossible to create a backup for the database only.
It's tragic if this hasn't been tested ☹️
It may be important to note that both WordPress Address and Site Address are set to be in a subfolder. The same value is entered in both fields and the WP installation is actually located in that subfolder.
