Ability to "Clone" a portal

Same workflow as a "swap" operation, but without the delete of the first portal and its links. The end product being that now you have B added to the op, with the same links that A had, and A remains with its links.

It would amount to yet another way to add layers to a field, but with the advantage that you never have to scroll over to the anchors at any point in the process...
