请求重写规则，自定义了响应体，能否不再发送请求至后台？ #391

1.1.6版本

请求url：https://xxxxx.com（假设5秒）

规则启用，行为：替换响应，状态码设置：200，自定义响应体：{"aa":"bb"}

自测了下，查询后台日志，的确有这个请求到了服务器。url接口执行时间较长（5秒），需要等待服务器响应后才能有数据返回。请求重写规则设置了替换响应，能否不发送此次请求呢，直接就返回自定义响应体，否则浏览器就需要较长时间等待（5秒）
