I18n would like to see this implemented because it's much more important for horizontal review folks to know when a review is coming up, so that we can schedule it, rather than when it's all over.

We also think that this helps staff contacts to ensure that sufficient time is available for wide review, prior to CR.

I'd like there to be some kind of warning issued, if a staff contact tries to set a milestone date for wide review start or for CR where there is less than a 3 month gap between wide review start and the CR milestone date.
