Sortable/filterable list of "all groups"

It would be great to be able to see only WGs / only IGs / only CGs subsets of the "all groups" listing.

It would be even cooler to be able to sort WGs by charter expiration date

Yes, that would be useful (the list of groups is too long)!

Low-hanging fruit: add features to filter and sort client-side. labs.w3.org/unitas/?g=all would still need the same number of API requests, and it wouldn't render any faster; but the user could navigate the list better.

Proper solution: implement filters server-side. API issue: w3c/w3c-api#76.

I'll try to work on the Unitas side while the API folks implement filters.
