Suggest removing the title attribute from links.

Using the title attribute on links causes problems for screen magnifier users, and is unsupported on mobile/touch. For example:

<li class="list-group-item"><a title="Accessibility in India Community Group" href="?g=61068">Accessibility in India Community Group</a></li>
