I use a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) for work. A couple of weeks ago, they required me to install an anti-virus (Sophos). Ever since then, neither the custom login screen nor lock screen images I have been using for over a year are working anymore, no matter what I try.

I have tried uninstalling DarkBoot. I did a fresh install by following the suggestions here. I also used AppCleaner like was mentioned here. I installed version 5.x after that. But that didn't solve it.

I did that whole clean reinstall a couple of times before trying to just install version 6.0.1 and 6.0.2 but nothing has helped. So I went back to 6.0.3. But now the Boot Options tab is grayed out and unavailable. Not that that makes a big difference since it's basically not working at all.

I'm not sure what else to try at this point.

Hi I'd like to bump this. Still prevalent. @w0lfschild is there really a miner?
