Modifying the name of the first level category deletes the second and third level #13

Describe the bug
When I try to modify the name due to a spelling error in the main category, when I save the changes it deletes the second and third level categories that I had previously

To Reproduce

  1. Go to vtex manager and select mega menu
  2. Click on modify
  3. Change the name and click save
  4. Click on Back to Previous Page
  5. select second level and select the modified category, it is displayed that there is no second level
    Expected behavior
    View the categories added in the second level
