https://github.com/vstoneofficial/megarover_samples/tree/master/configuration_files/rvizにある.rvizファイルで

Frame Rate: 5

という指定がなされているのは意図通りでしょうか？plannerのトピック配信やセンサのキャプチャ周期に対して遅いように見受けられるためです。
