Proposal: add a section on decentralised communication methods

Thank you for creating this repository! I've been using it heavily over the past weeks.

Recently, I came across https://kyiv.dcomm.net.ua/ which is a resource on decentralised messaging apps, how to set them up and how to connect to local servers set up in a couple of Ukrainian cities.

Perhaps use misskey, plemora, mastodon, or another decentralized federated activitypub software. Just a thought.
