OSC Ip configuration on PC&Quest

What's the idea?*
Ability to change OSC ip configuration (remote OSC ip/port) in menu or by OSC commands,
currently it's defined in launch args and not usable in the Quest version.
Quest version have only OSC binding input on the QuestIP:9000, the ability to use OSC output (udp 9001) by menu configuration or by OSC command (for easy conf, but require OSC string support) could be great.

I think this is a basic feature not an enhancement and should be implemented. Otherwise I am unable to read headset position for standalone fullbody tracking.
