Since LookHorizontal works for both desktop and VR, it would make sense for LookVertical to work for both aswell. BUT it would only pratically make sense in desktop, because if you think about it, you can not really force a players viewpoint in VR to look up or down, that comes down to the persons actual head rotation.
IMO LookVertical can be implemented, but it should only work in desktop.
OSC can move forward/back/left/right and look left/right but without up/down it is incomplete..
