Still having issues making a new project in 2.4.1

Describe the bug

It took almost 2 hours to get past the creating screen and now it's just stuck on loading the manage packages screen I can't even add anything to the project. it seems to to be working fine for all my friends. idk

To Reproduce

1. make a new project
2. wait for it to get to manage packages page

Expected behavior

I expected it to not take to 2 hours to make a project and to be able to add packages before opening the project

I tried a complete clean install of unity and the creator companion but still the same thing is happening

You did not get any logs after boot? 🤔
This looks like a fresh log file, I would need one when things get stuck
To get the log file - you can first go to Settings tab and click on the "settings.json" button, then in the folder that opens - go to Logs folder and grab the most recent log file after you got the VCC to be stuck
