[BUG]Project created with certain characters creates nonexistent file! #545

Describe the bug

When creating a new project, if name the file with anything ending with "..." it will fail too create it, but create a file in that location which does not exist and is undeletable/unmovable without the help of administrative command prompt!

To Reproduce

Go to "Create New Project"
Select any of the templates
Name the project anything ending with "..."

Expected behavior

Creator Companion will try too create the project file, failing to do so
It will result in a folder that is undeletable and unmovable without Command Prompt using Administrative privileges

Thanks for the report!
Seems like we missed continuous dots at the end as a part of our path validation.
