Affected Puppet, Ruby, OS and module versions/distributions

Puppet: 8.1.0
Ruby:
Distribution: Debian 12
Module version: 5.0.1-rc0

How to reproduce (e.g Puppet code you use)

Try and run pdk validate on the module in it's current state

What are you seeing

Lots of validation errors

What behaviour did you expect instead

That was pretty much what I did expect
