Video Block use native subtitles in DatoCMS #141

The current implementation of the Video Block has a custom content model to support subtitles. DatoCMS has now introduced a native functionality which we can leverage instead: https://www.datocms.com/docs/general-concepts/videos#subtitles-closed-captions-additional-audio-tracks

check if the DatoCMS subtitle functionality has parity with our custom implementation
replace with native DatoCMS subtitle functionality
