Is it possible to just create a rule set, with no combinators? I don't want the and/or/not or the +group displaying just 'add rule'

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like an option to define rules only.

I don't know if it is still relevant, but yes this is something I can totally adjust. Let me know if I should start working on it.
