For the visually impaired when clicking on widgets. Have UI function that reads text and/or tooltip assigned to widget. Only specifically for widgets in VUI.

Function would search for Orca, eSpeak NG, or SAPI.spvoice.

1) Linux, Android, and Windows- Orca (a11y) and/or eSpeak NG

2) Windows- sapi.spvoice
