Converting docx file to Tamil hangs if subscript option is chosen

Converting docx files into Tamil works fine when (default) superscript output option is selected, however it hangs with the message "Converting the file(s). Large files might take some time to convert." if the subscript output option is selected.

A sample input file in itrans format is attached.

Both superscript and subscript output options work file in the text mode, this only happens when trying to convert a file.
