Headers in URL

===Introduction===

It can be usefull encode headers in URL, and header tools can decode them and 
aply in this page, this is usefull to be stored in bookmarks

I mean something like http://www.site.com#header:value, headers tool decode 
headers and open http://www.site.com with them.

This way if I want check http://www.site.com with several headers 
configurations(per example 5 different User-Agent), can be opened various 
instances of http://www.site.com from prestored bookmarks, each one with 
different headers.
