===Introduction===

add a button to be put on toolbar, like right beside the refresh button or
somewhere else...etc. the newer firefox interface hides menubar and statusbar,
so I couldn't figure out how to start using header tool until I looked at the
video. there was no options page for header tool from firefox's extension tab

one button to launch header tool editor and another button to enable/disable
header tool would be great

actually, this destroyed all other hotkeys such as CTRL+C and CTL+V. I had to
disable headertool to be able to use any hotkeys

I've update the key binding in the attached version :)
ctrl+4 : on
ctrl+5 : off
ctrl+3 : new tab

ctrl+3/4/5 conflicts with firefox's hotkey, so

CTRL+C is still voided by headertool when texts are selected. headertool tab
is opened when I selected text on webpage and press CTRL+C/V/Z.

maybe we can do the following
CTRL+F8 for ON/OFF
CTRL+F7 for tab or add a button to menu just like "Live HTTP Headers" extension

hotkey overwirte is resolved. I don't know I to open HeaderTool in tab. the
version number seems to be wrong for 0.60. still says 0.59
